I’m STOKED to help with your Patagonia Adventure Elopement!
While planning an elopement is considerably less work than planning a wedding, if an international adventure is in store, there’s LOTS to think about! That’s why I’ve created this client portal just for you!
It’s customized with resources, guides, and recommendations specific to your Patagonia elopement. Be sure to bookmark this page (and save the password!) so you can refer to the info whenever you need to!
My blog “How to Elope in Patagonia” has a ton of great info, but is more of an overview; the resources in this portal have much more to help you dream, plan, and finalize details.
Also important: It is best (AKA easiest) to get legally married in your country of origin and hold the ceremony in Chile or Argentina. Most couples do this, and this is definitely what I recommend. If you are dead-set on getting legally married in Patagonia and do all the official paperwork abroad, ask me for more details ASAP, but understand that it involves visiting the US Embassy in Santiago after your “civil ceremony,” potentially adding more time to your trip, as well as bringing along birth certificates and other sensitive original documents. It is possible, but far less common.
If you have questions that these Guides don’t answer, please don’t hesitate to email me! I’m here to help you the whole way.
How to Elope
After nearly a decade in the business, I’ve gathered some REALLY good information from countless couples who have eloped with me. What they wished they knew beforehand, what they’d do differently…. This comprehensive guide is jam packed with everything you need to know to pull off the intimate wedding of your dreams.
It’s nearly 100 pages–don’t let that overwhelm you! Take your time going through it and refer back to (or screenshot!) the chapters that are most helpful to you.
How to Leave No Trace
We have a huge privilege of being able to use such amazing public lands (National Parks, State Parks, National Forests, Wilderness Areas, BLM lands, etc.) as a backdrop for committing your lives to each other. Instead of paying $5–20k+ for a wedding venue, public lands give us the gift of the best venue in the world, for nearly free.
With that, comes the responsibility for all of us to keep that venue looking amazing, so you two can come back to that spot in 10, 20, or 50 years, and for it to still look and feel the same as when you exchanged your vows there.

Getting Ready to Go
Crucial info abounds in this guide! You’ll find everything you need to know for booking your flights, planning your itinerary, and making your way to “the end of the Earth!”
Where to Stay
I highly recommend reading over this guide ASAP. Booking in Torres del Paine can be limited during the high season, so carefully read about the advantages and disadvantages of the lodging options and book accommodations for your elopement dates inside the park as soon as possible.
I’m here to help, so please reach out any time with questions about lodging in Torres del Paine!
What to Pack?!
Some adventures call for a bit more gear—don’t worry, I’ve got you covered!
I understand that not everyone who wants an adventurous Patagonia elopement day is necessarily a back-country pro! So in this guide, I recommend specific brands and products to help make this step even easier for you.
What to Wear?
Where you purchase your attire is totally up to you, but if you’re feeling stuck and could use a little extra inspo, I’ve got a few must-check-out options to explore!
I’ve also got some tips for picking out the best suit or tux, hiking boots, and more. (Hint: your suit doesn’t have to be black and the top doesn’t have to match the bottom!) Check out this guide for trusted brands for stylish suits and shoes that you can also hike in!

Patagonia Love Letters

It’s hard to sum up how wonderfully Andrea captured our special day and the magic of it. Not only was she a calm and organized presence on our elopement day, she was there every step of the way for the planning process. She made our dream elopement in Chilean Patagonia a reality. If you are ready for an adventure elopement, Andrea is your gal! I really appreciate how well she gets to know her couples and tailors the experience to the couple. We could not be more happy with our experience and her expertise. Cheers!
