We hired Andrea not only to be our wedding photographer but also to help plan our microwedding in Crested Butte, CO. After talking with multiple photographers, we picked Andrea because we loved her style and immediately trusted her to help us bring our unique wedding vision to life. We did not regret our decision! Throughout the process, Andrea was organized and a great communicator, helping guide us through all of the planning and decision-making.

During our wedding weekend, Andrea took so much stress off of our shoulders. She kept us on schedule, coordinated with vendors when the weather caused us to rearrange our entire wedding day, and wrangled both our families. All while taking the most amazing photos of the whole weekend! We couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity to work with Andrea, highly recommend her!!

Hiring Andrea was the BEST decision we made for our wedding. We did a lot of research into photographers and kept coming back to her work. Her website immediately caught our eye with her adventure, elopement-style photography. It was exactly what we were looking for!

We knew we wanted to do a destination wedding in Colorado with our closest friends and family, but we didn’t know where to begin. Andrea reached out to our inquiry pretty quickly! She scheduled us for a video call, sent us a few questionnaires to get to know us/our vision for our special day, and provided us with several resources about planning a destination wedding in the area. Andrea checked in frequently with us about elopement ideas, locations for photographs, and ensuring we had time to relax and enjoy ourselves. She sent us vision boards of locations for our first look, private vow exchange, ceremony, and picnic location - this was a huge help. You could really see your special day coming to life! She even took some time to meet with us the day before our wedding to walk through everything, allowing us to ask last-minute questions about our timeline and plan final details.

I highly recommend Andrea Enger Photography for your wedding! She has such a bubbly and welcoming personality. We felt like we knew her our entire lives and she never made us feel awkward. Most importantly, she captured our love story and personalities perfectly! We chose the 8-hour package and I’ll be honest, it made for a long day. If we had to do it over again, we’d probably ask for 6 hours of adventure photography. However, we are so happy that every detail of our day was captured. I am beyond grateful we have so many beautiful photos to look back through and tell everyone about our wedding day!

We hired Andrea to take our elopement photos in Patagonia, Chile. We were unsure of the idea (it seemed super risky), but after having a Zoom meeting with her, we ultimately decided to take the risk and go for it. We are so happy we did. Andrea makes you feel like a long-time friend. She started with an intro video call that was so inviting and reassuring that we knew immediately she was the one we could trust to capture the most important moment in our lives.

She is there with you, not just on the day of but also helps throughout the entire process, making sure you anticipate everything for your big day, recommending backup plans, and helping ensure you have everything you need on the day of. Not to mention the great communication through reminders, recommendations, and just overall excitement.

We even got into a situation where the day before, we found out all the leaves had dropped (which was a huge part of why we chose the location), and Andrea went out of her way to scope out the area and make sure we found sites that still worked for what we wanted.

Day of…all I can say is we were so excited. We were definitely in blackout mode and could not have made it through without Andrea’s direction. She made sure it was directed as planned and got our “first look,” action photos of our wedding, photos of our gathering with immediate family, and our own private photos.

All the photos came out incredible and it’s so hard to narrow it down to our favorites!

My husband and I decided on a small, intimate wedding in the mountains. We wanted nature to be our decorations and have a whole day celebrating with each other and then with family. Andrea helped make all of that happen! We spent a lot of time going through photographers, and she not only aligned with our style, but we felt most connected with her.

We ran into some unexpected snow and had to change plans, but she knew right where to take us. She captured our most beautiful moments, and we had a blast spending the day with her. I recommend her to anyone looking to elope or have a micro wedding. She is the very best!

Andrea was awesome from start to finish! I had a vision for my elopement in Colorado where I wanted to say our vows near a body of water and ski down a mountain after we said I do!

Coming from Ohio, we were not too familiar with the surroundings, but she gave us some options for the vow ceremony and mountain pics! We flew in on Sunday for our wedding on Tuesday and I'm glad we did as our options were not going to work due to the icy conditions. Thankfully, Andrea's back-up options were perfect!

I don't even know where to begin with how amazing Andrea was for our elopement project! When we had our first call with Andrea we had no idea where to begin and if she was up for our challenge—planning an elopement in less than 5 weeks. But she was game, and she was incredible!

We told her how important it was us to have quality time together and that we wanted our day filled with hiking. She helped us choose the most beautiful locations for pictures and our ceremony. She recommended vendors and restaurants. She was PREPARED! At 3:45 am when my husband and I were both feeling the altitude sickness she had ginger candy for us to suck on. At 5 am when I was freezing after first looks she had a pair of gloves and handwarmers for me to borrow. At the top of our hike in the middle of the afternoon when my husband drank the last of his water, she had a water bottle that could filter stream water ready for him to use.
