…Your Elopement Expert!
I’m so much more than just your photographer!
I am your personal advisor, planning assistant, logistics fairy, and friend!
With nearly a decade in the business, I have documented hundreds of weddings and elopements. My extensive experience means that you and I will both get the most out of working together.
I’m your elopement expert as well as your photographer! I have guided countless couples to breathtaking vistas, remote nature nooks, little-known trails, historic sites and more.
I take care of the details (like GPS, permits, headlamps, and hand-warmers!) so you can relax and focus on what the day is all about: Being present with your sweetie!
I thrive off of researching locations and activities that will reflect your personalities to truly customize your perfect elopement day.
¡IMPORTANTE!
As a woman of color, inclusivity has always been important to me. As a Latina photographer, I celebrate the diversity of all body shapes, sizes, and colors. I believe love is love and I abso-freaking-lutely support same-sex marriage.
I don’t tolerate racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, or xenophobia. If you don’t share these values, we probably won’t be a good fit... (But I hope we are!)
What Makes Me Different?
I’m CPR/First Aid Certified – I’m that friend who's over-prepared, and I'm 100% okay with that!
I practice and educate about Leave No Trace principles. We gotta take care of our Mama Earth!
I strive to continually find best practices to be a more environmentally-sustainable business.
I donate a % of my profits toward our environment and providing clean water and sanitation to communities in need.
I’m a Chilean-born, Colorado-based, adventure-seeking photographer and elopement expert!
I specialize in elopements and micro-weddings in the American Southwest and Patagonia, Chile!
I also:
prefer tent-camping to bougie hotels
would rather eat with locals in a little mountain town of Morocco instead of in the country’s most famed restaurants
dance to the beat of my own drum—or any 80’s music! #bowie4ever
I have:
climbed 14,000-foot mountains
volunteered in Africa for water projects
backpacked for 8 months through North Africa, the Middle East and Europe
traveled to over 20 countries (and counting!)
helped hundreds of couples create their dream weddings and elopements all over the world
More About Me
I moved to Denver, Colorado in 2013 from Seattle, Washington, where I lived for 7 years—and where I met my husband! I still miss the lush trails dripping with moss, the misty mountain hikes, and the picture-perfect fields of wildflowers. But when I first visited Colorado, I was awestruck by the majestic peaks, the red rocks, the sunshine, and the bright, blue skies. I knew I wanted to live here!
I believe that adventure brings everything to life! I love to hike in the backcountry where you don’t see another soul for days. It feels like the world is completely yours – the still, mirrored lakes, the fragrant pine trees, the bright, shining stars. I grew up getting lost in the wilderness of my native country, Chile, and I don't ever want to stop exploring our beautiful planet!
P.S. You. Are. Beautiful.
As a woman and professional photographer, I am no stranger to society's influences on body image and self-esteem. Confession: I was in my 30s when I first felt truly comfortable in my own skin. Growing up in Chile, I was surrounded by powerful women—a strong mother and three sisters—but I never fell in love with my own quirkiness. I admired confidence in others, but couldn't find it for myself.
Finally though, I found my groove. It didn't happen overnight, but I began to figure out who I really was. I followed my dreams. I fell in love and started to travel even more around the world. I danced when there was no music. I cried in movies. These were all things that made me unique, and embracing that started to feel really good.
I see each of my clients as uniquely beautiful beings and I embrace this individuality! You deserve epic photographs that reverberate with your distinct style and personality, and I'm here to help make that happen for you in a safe and supportive environment.
My Greatest Adventure
Things have slowed down a bit for our family, and for good reason! We are parents to our amazing, energetic son Matías! The journey to becoming a mom wasn’t easy, but was so worth it. And being a work-from-home mom is a never ending job – there is no clocking out at 5pm! It is chaotic at times and comical at others, but now that Matías is older, I've been hitting the mountains more, showing my clients the many gems that Colorado and the Southwest has to offer, and planning some exciting international travel.
When I became a mother, I inevitably began documenting more maternity sessions, families, and babies. It has become a part of my identity – and capturing the sweet innocence of babies and the love between families makes me love my job on a whole other level.
Check out my work with families, newborns, and mothers-to-be!

Giving Back
As a passionate advocate for our planet, I am committed to preserving its beauty and vitality. This is why I practice “Leave No Trace” principles at every session, ensuring that our impact on the environment is minimal.
I believe in giving back, which is why I donate a portion of my profits to organizations that share my values. For instance, as a humanitarian and photojournalist, I volunteered in Africa to document a well-installation project, bringing clean water to remote villages in Zambia.
Our world is such a beautiful place, and I want to do everything in my power to keep it that way. I am proud to support the National Park Foundation, working to protect and enhance America’s national parks for present and future generations.
These are just some reasons why I donate to each of these organizations. See one that speaks to you? Let me know, and I’ll ensure that the proceeds from your photo session go toward that organization. Together, we can make a difference!

Andrea is the best! She really cares for her couples and assisted us with everything from choosing a location (gorgeous Crested Butte) to providing expertise for a smooth day. Andrea played a major role in making our elopement day unforgettable, and I can’t recommend her enough.
